I am looking for a skilled Social Media and Paid Ads specialist in Pakistan to collaborate on a variety of digital projects. We manage campaigns for clients across different industries, including social media management, website development, and lead generation.
We need someone who is not just a "poster," but a true performance marketer who can manage the entire funnel from creating engaging content to running profitable ad campaigns. You will be a key partner in delivering results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Paid Advertising (Meta & Google Ads): Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This includes keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to hit key performance indicators (KPIs) like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
• Social Media Management: Develop and execute content strategies for organic social growth, create engaging posts, and manage community interaction.
• Tracking & Reporting: Set up and maintain conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking) and provide clear, data-driven reports on campaign performance and insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with me to align marketing efforts with overall client goals and project timelines.
Who You Are:
• You have 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on paid ads.
• You have a verifiable portfolio showing case studies and results (e.g., "Managed a monthly ad spend of $X and achieved a ROAS of Y").
• You are proficient in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• You are comfortable with the technical side of marketing, including pixel setup and conversion tracking.
• You are a proactive communicator and comfortable with a collaborative, UK-style working relationship.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or Performance Marketer.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
Experience with social media management tools and content creation.
Excellent understanding of lead generation and e-commerce funnels.
Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Must have: A portfolio demonstrating results (please include screenshots of campaign performance in your application).
Nice to Have:
Experience with TikTok Ads.
Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
Experience working with international clients (UK, US, etc.).
